As of the end of September 2012, the 21 dresses for this project were completed. Scroll down to view each dress and details of the fresh materials used.

Jérémie: Crab-apples, Ligularia leaves and buds, Smoke Bush leaves, Maple leaves, Sweetgum seed pods, False Indigo seed pods, Hemp and Linen thread.

Diana: Beach grass, variegated grass, Magnolia leaves, Yucca leaves, Alium stems, Autumn Stonecrop, thorns.

Robin: Woven Cattail leaves, Portuguese Laurel, Lunaria, Aliums, Globe Thistle, Clematis seed pods and Dierama.

Fae: Vine Maple bark, Maple leaves, moss, Morning Glory and Sunflower. Fae is an artist who often incorporates bark which she stitches together into her art installations.

Launie: Arabacum Star of Bethlehem, purple, blue and white Hydrangea, Gooseneck Loosetrife, Tibetan Honeysuckle and Ivy. Many of these flowers were left over from a wedding in the garden.

Nita: Seaweed, Nori, Bull Kelp. Nita Bowerman made this dress herself. Special thanks to Melanie Thompson for donating the kelp.

Lori: Lamb’s Ears, Large-leafed Sage, Bamboo leaves, Hollyhocks, Millet, Stachys Flower, Cornflowers.

Sharon: Miscanthus, Tea, Magnolia and Rhododendron Leaves, Mountain Ash Berries, Magnolia seed heads and thorns.

I love my dress! Love, love, love it! Saw the exhibit on Monday and instantly knew which one was mine. I talked to a lot of people who were just amazed by the dresses and had never seen anything like them before. You have really excited people with this projekt Nicole. Awesome!
